A HUGE thank you for all your wonderful food yesterday. Please extend my thanks to Chef Walter and Elba. She was fantastic! The lunch was a huge hit – we’re all still talking about that fantastic eggplant. Whatever spices were on it – OMG. SO delicious! The appetizers at the reception also literally flew off the platters – the vegetables were presented just beautifully, and I’m still dreaming about the yucca chips.
